Prayer on the Go is a daily, Gospel-based, fifteen-minute prayerful reflection available in both audio and text format. The suggested prayer is rooted in Ignatian spirituality, aimed at helping you discover how the Word of God, the Bible, is relevant to your life. In addition to daily prayer, we also offer the rosary, an examination of conscience, and other valuable content.

Each daily reflection consists of a Bible passage, a few thoughts for reflection, and carefully selected music interwoven with the prayer. The music is intended to help you relate the Word to your life while listening. This form of prayer is designed to help you find God, who is present in every moment of our lives. To pray is to listen to the Lord God, speak with Him, and put His words into action.

Where can you pray? Anywhere! On your way to school, university, or work. Whether you're stuck in traffic, riding the tram, or walking - every place is suitable for finding God. Prayer on the Go is an excellent way to establish a regular prayer routine that will help you know God and, in turn, yourself.

Prayer on the Go can become your personal daily prayer practice, like the breviary or Gospel reflection - you decide its significance for you.
